PDF check generated from web-based accounting software via Firefox not printing correctly.

I use a web-based accounting software. Checks are generated as a PDF document, then printed. I just got a new computer with Windows 8 and downloaded the most recent version of firefox. Now my checks are misaligned.

Please try to reset your printing options in Firefox

I've already tried both of these and neither fixes the problem.
