Cannot get into Firefox which I use all the time. A box keeps popping up, square saying Couldn't load XPCOM. How can I fix this problem?
The problem started after I restored my computer back to 10/01/14. I am in real estate and have lost a lot of time and work due to this problem. Thanks for your help.

Hi, Does this also happen in Safe Mode? Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode
If so, you will need to do a complete reinstall of Firefox. A visual demonstration on how to do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x_C2eaNj234 however please keep in mind that before you do this, make a back up of the profile folder Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles
