How to narrow the tab bar and tool bar?

Windows7, 32 bit Firefox 29.0.1

At the top of firefox main window, I have the tab bar and the tool bar. I think they are too wide. Is there anything I can set so that those two bars become narrower.

Are you referring to the height of those toolbars?
