It looks like "Link" has hijacked my credit card, it is listed as what will pay Mozilla VPN. How can I avoid this and pay you directly the way I've done from the beginning.

Asking because there was several attempted frauds on my CC the bank stopped. Original CC has been blocked and cancelled. Went to put new CC information in and find it will go to "Link". Please explain if you can.

Just started Thunderbird and all my accounts and mails are gone. All empty. I tried to import from default: C:\Users\Korisnik\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\fjv3tdcd.default and now I have mails until 2025, all from year 2026 is gone.

I would like to request a refund for my recent Mozilla VPN subscription renewal. The subscription was renewed automatically just now, but I no longer use the VPN and did not intend to continue the subscription.

I have not used the service since the renewal. Please cancel my subscription and refund the latest charge to my original payment method.

Hello Mozilla Support,

I once had a Firefox Sync account under the email [redacted] @outlook.com that I no longer can get into because of the loss of the MFA device and the recovery codes. I now use a different Firefox account under [redacted] @outlook.com. However, I did have a yearly subscription to Mozilla VPN tied to the old account that I need canceled ASAP. Are you all able to go in and cancel it for me?
