Hi, I ve got notified of new update for Firefox, "Read aloud: A Text to Speech Voice Reader has an update". Does it just add AI voices to T2S in Reeder Mode? I want to know because I have personal dislike for newer AI LLM voices and use of AI in general.

wird Firefox auf Android explizit unterstützt und soll über das Menü → Installieren gehen. Ist das ein bekannter Bug in der aktuellen Firefox-Version? Gibt es eine about:config-Einstellung, die ich aktivieren muss, oder ein Workaround? Oder ist die Unterstützung bei mailbox.org doch noch nicht vollständig für Gecko/Firefox implementiert? Danke für eure Hilfe – würde gerne bei Firefox bleiben, statt auf Chromium wechseln zu müssen!

Hello, I'd really like to see the character input appear when I hold down the period key instead of entering a domain. This is what usually happens in the normal search bar. This is very inconvenient.

Moreover, this is not a problem with Android 13 or Google Keyboard, but rather a feature of the browser.

I kindly ask the developers to add the ability to change this so that it would be convenient to use the search directly from the address bar.

I'm trying to follow these steps but I'm having trouble.

Not sure how to explain this but in my settings on my phone a gardidio add pops up every time I go into my settings and no I don't want them to guard my phone I want to stop it they keep pushing me to get it 😠 😠

I heard that Firefox switched CEOs and the new one wants to implement AI. Please, do not do this. The only reason I switched to Firefox was because it was the one place I could disable the AI that pops up in every search! It's also not reliable, and rarely have I ever heard of it resulting in genuine financial gain. I don't think I've ever actually heard of it having genuine financial gain.

Listen, I know it's easy to fall into things that have so much hype around them, but I urge you Mozilla, please cancel your plans to integrate "AI" into your browser. You're one of the last good search engines, please, don't take yourself away from me.

I just learned the new CEO for Firefox is really all about AI and wanting to go all out... My biggest concern, beyond AI being such an overused unreliable 'tool', is that it'll create more bloat and privacy risks, I just can't trust any program that depends on AI no not be gathering data, and Firefox was my choice browser because it's all about helping your privacy! I'm not sure what other browsers there are that DON'T force AI down their users throats but if Firefox does change its foundation that much, I'll have to go elsewhere. I'm just frustrated and hoping this will not happen.
