add-on s don't work

I installed ublock origin. But it doesn't work now, where it used to work. If I click to go to its page, no web is loaded. Re-installing doesn't help. the same situation happends to other ad block add-ons.

I just needed to reset my kindle hd 10 to factory. When I try to sign in to firefox in order to sync bookmarks, the page won't open but only spins. I was able to sync bookmarks when I bought the kindle in December. Thanks.
