Not showing how to sync and save to devices

at the menu of firefox browser cannot find synchronization and Dave Data. it is in Greek is that the reason for not existing in settings this option ? ?

Can't find 'sync and save data' on my android phone to get bookmarks etc. on my new PC. Moto g 24 phone. Is there another way? Thanks
