Hello,

I'm not able to upload files to certain websites using Firefox on Android.

When selecting a file for the phone's file manager, the file upload simply not starting.

However, Firefox on iOS doesn't have that issue.

Firefox version used is the latest one and it is the one from Google Play.

Tried another browser and it works great.

A recent update has broken the ability to upload images. I am on a Pixel 7. Firefox has full rights. I tried clearing cache. It is not a particular website. This one for instance, allows the option of uploading images to attach.to my question and it doesn't work. Hoping someone has a fix so I can keep using the browser.

Basically my self hosted jellyfin instance throws an error:

Corrupted Content Error

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected. 

   Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem.

But on chrome it is working as expected. Any way i can check for errors in the android app?

Websites are mostly reporting that my browser Firefox Android latest needs advanced or enhanced Javascript support and about:config no longer works.

All sites working in Microsoft Edge for Android.

Firefox android opens a new tab from iframe src

Steps: - create an iframe without src - create click event listener on any other element - set iframe src to on click to some url that supports "go to application" e.g. Y… (了解更多)

Steps: - create an iframe without src - create click event listener on any other element - set iframe src to on click to some url that supports "go to application" e.g. YouTube embed url

Expected: Iframe shows youtube video on element click

Actual: Firefox asks to open a new tab or open an app, and never shows this in iframe

Fix for developers: Recreate the iframe with the src

It only works on ff android, we spent literally hours to catch this bug
