Am i the only one that finds these instructions totally hopeless when syncing my desktop to phone?.. So i tap on the 3 dots / Menu in Firefox on mobile, but after that there is NO Sync & Save Data to tap on anywhere in Firefox mobile after hitting the menu dots??.. and i mean ANYWHERE in the menu, or settings or account (of course there is the ususl Syncronise Now option in the account.

So just where is this Sync & Save Data i would lobe to know, nevermind how am i supposed to pair my devices when theres no clear way to access this and the associated QR code?

Totally frustrating, I've never understood these instructions with no outcome possible.

I tried to export my Pocket links because they're shutting down. The export I received doesn't include any tags, which makes it pretty much useless. How do I get one with the tags, so I can import to a different tool?

I want to synch the bookmarks on my new Android phone to those on my old Android phone. Whenever I try to use this facility it seems to synch with my desktop, which I don't want. What am I doing wrong, please?

sorry - looks like my WiFi connection to the desktop was kicking in rather than pairing with the second phone. No need to respond to this query but I am not sure how to close it.

Hi, I know this is a long shot but I'm wondering if it's possible to sync downloads across Firefox devices. I lost my phone recently and I had a LOT of downloads on it that I couldn't backup to the cloud. Is it possible to somehow make those available through another device, like my laptop that has Firefox?

Deleted the app then reinstall it and logged in but there's no passwords no bookmarks no collections no nothing, Is there absolutely no way to recover my old bookmarks and passwords?

What's the point of having to sign in and make an account if everything going to disappear just because I deleted the app and then reinstall it?

Hello, hope you're doing well So I deleted the app by accident, downloaded again , tried to sign in but I forgot the password so I reset it and signed in normally, however there's no bookmarks, no past history tabs, and most importantly no passwords, everything is gone, tried syncing multiple times but it didn't work.

Mozilla article says go to the three dot option and tap 'Synchronise and save data..' Afraid there's no sign of such an option.

Firefox on Android always opens on a private tab.

I'm trying to sync data from my computer to my phone. When I go to the settings, there is NO "sync and save data " option on my phone. So, how then do I sync and save?

I got a new samsung and attempted to transfer tabs from one phone to another, however anything that ive tried or searched, either didnt match my issue or it simply didnt work. "Sync now" doesnt work and all of that.

I wrote down my recovery key and hit the download button, and my screen went to a blank page, with aboutblank as a header, and wouldn't go any further. I hit my back key and it took me to my Firefox search page. I still need to finish setting up my recovery key info, etc... how do I get back into finish setting up?
