I now seem to not be able to view my saved passwords. Popup seemingly blocked?

I am worried. For some reason I am not logged into one of my local pages - which needs a log in. So I go to the "settings" and go to privacy and to the "saved passwords… (了解更多)

So I go to the "settings" and go to privacy and to the "saved passwords".

This takes me to another screen (see attached) and no matter how many times I press the "LOG IN" (near the top) nothing happens.
