I can access Gmail on any other browser, but not Firefox. I have looked at other suggestions, and nothing works.

I have cleared Cache, History, etc. In fact, I have it that Firefox automatically clear cache and history when I close the browser. I also removed any cookies pertaining to Google or Accounts.Google, and I even tried disabling a few plug-ins and extensions that I use, yet it still won't load.

The error I get on the page is:

"The page isn't redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

I saw this in a separate thread and thought it might be helpful.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/938531 "Another user reported that updating Adobe plugins mysteriously helped with Gmail login. Why can't I access gmail using Firefox?

Perhaps the issue there was "Flash cookies"? In order to clear Flash cookies, you can use the Website Storage Settings panel on the following page:

http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html"

I cleared all website data using the settings manager, and Gmail is still not loading for some reason.

hey, have you tried to delete the history of the whole site (google.com), as it is described at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-say-cookies-are-blocked-unblock-them#w_clear-history-for-that-site?
(attention: this will also clear any passwords for the site that you may have currently stored in the firefox password manager!)

Yes, I have. It still didn't seem to help much. However, I now see this screen:

We're sorry. It seems there is a problem. Please try using Gmail with a supported browser. If you're encountering this error while using a supported browser, we suggest alerting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) that a proxy is failing to accept cookies on HTTP redirects.

Click here to return to Gmail. You'll need to sign in to your account again.

ok, in this case i'd try to reset firefox and see if this can address the issue... (this will keep your bookmarks and passwords)

I have reset it and it still shows that message, unfortunately. I am not sure what's going on anymore.

hmm, me neither. but since a proxy was referenced in the error message, please also try going to firefox > options > advanced > network > connection - settings... and set firefox to directly connect to the internet ('no proxy').

Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can

It's already set to "No Proxy". I can connect to Gmail on other browsers, though, so it must be some weird issue that we are overlooking in Firefox.

Does it work in a Private Browsing mode window?

It is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted if clearing cookies doesn't work.

Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.

Well.........Gmail randomly started working again for no reason, and I haven't even gotten to try cor-el's suggestions yet. I am not quite sure what happened. It was still not working yesterday, and today it just started working again.

I'll keep your suggestion in mind, however, just in case this happens again.

This has been driving me crazy for weeks. OOPS System error#0000; works well in Safari, always "loading" emails don't get sent until at least 2 tries. Have done all FF suggested fixes. Please help! I'm an avid FF user, but this is causing enough frustration for me to migrate elsewhere

HMMM: The NP proxy thing appears to have worked for a while. Thank you Moe Zilla!!!

What OS are you using? If Windows, try disabling 'themes' and search for any corrupt 'pf' files (usually the ones in capital letters)
