I need help downloading something and messed up my computer
I was on facebook said i needed to update flash player computer would not let me I lost firefox home page and now I do not have any flash player and can see no pictures on facebook of any kind what did I do wrong and can you help me fix it thank you very much Reba Darden

Are only web pages affected or the user interface (toolbars) as well?
Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.

Do you still see the Flash plugin on the Tools > Add-ons > Plugins page?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
