Hello. Today i've created Sync account. Everything was ok. I've received my recovery key and saved it.

Now after OS reinstal i can't use this key. Browser says it is a wrong key!!!!!!!!!!!


How this can happen? I can send this key for you if you can help me.

First, Firefox Sync is NOT a backup tool, it is not meant to backup your Firefox data for an OS reinstall, only to synchronize your information.

Now, try to take any hyphens out of the recovery key before you enter it. You didn't regenerate the key did you?
