Firefox is displaying yesterday's web pages; I need to refresh to get current pages. How fix?
Every web site is displaying yesterday's pages--this applies to the entire site--hitting refresh correct this, but that's not a practical long-term fix. Anybody have any ideas?

You can clear your cache, which will erase the webpages content stored on your computer and force Firefox to fetch new versions. How to clear the Firefox cache shows yu how to do that
That's what I figured, Tyler; but it seems to me I shouldn't have to do that every morning, and every time I go back to a site [say, Bloomberg] for an intraday update. In fact, it seems to me this issue shouldn't even exist. Anybody else?
A possibility is to clear the browsing cache when you close Firefox.
The it isn't possible to load pages from the cache.
- Tools > Options > Privacy : History: [X] Clear history when Firefox closes > Settings

So even if you clear the cache, the issue exists after that until you clear it again? I would suggest doing what cor-el recommended.
Again, and as you say, Tyler, this issue isn't whether this problem can be kept after as a bit of housekeeping, but whether it should arise at all. This doesn't happen with Explorer, and it shouldn't with F/F.; it's obviously a hole in the programming that can--and I hope will be--fixed. I'm looking forward to hearing from the F/F team that it has been.
You can file a bug at bugzilla.mozilla.org to report to the devs if you'd like.
Thanks. The odd part is that it was intermittent--today, all is well. Still can't get the page to fit the screen with the bookmarks column on, though
