Firefox crashes
Firefox goes directly to the crash reporter every time I try to open it. Won't even open in safe mode when I try.

Nothing much helpful in the bug or crash report that I can see, except that some of the comments in the crash report refer to Norton 360 or Norton security. What security software do you have installed?
In any case, try turning off your security software temporarily, while you download Firefox 10.0.1 and install it over the top of your current version, by going to www.mozilla.org/firefox in another browser.
