how do I get a shortcut onto my desktop?
I would like to be able to create short cuts from a web site to my desktop as possible with outlook how do I do this?

Hey stewartbee,
It's actually pretty easy. You just navigate to the website and click on the site icon (next to the url). Just drag the site icon to your desktop and it'll create a link for you. It might be easier to see it done, so you should take a look at the article Create a desktop shortcut to a website.

when I try to open it from the desktop it acts like a command to the printer port and that opens and try's to set up a printer
