I have created a new folder in bookmark menu, but cannot get it to appear with the others. It stays at the bottom of the bookmark list instead

I have created a new folder in the bookmarks menu, but it appears at the bottom of the bookmark list when I go to bookmarks instead of at the top with all the other bookmark folders. I have tried to sort alphabetically, but it does not move.
