FF 6 keeps freezing when I download any type of file

I use the latest version, always update it when asked, and suddenly for no reason, it freezes whenever I try to save a file. PDF, image, you name it.

When I restart, it manages to download the file. Then I'm fine, til I try to download another :(

Any clues?
