Out of the blue the Silverlight plugin has started crashing every time I try to stream a movie or TV show through Netflix on Firefox. I'm using the most current versions of both programs, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, several other "fixes" I found online that people reported for this problem and nothing is working.

Please at least tell me why these programs don't seem to be able to co-exist.
