Hi, I have been thru the tutorial and none of the steps solved the problem I am having with firefox. I just installed it on a new computer and it won't open. It says that it cannot run until process is ended or computer is restarted. Restarting and ending the process don't seem to help. The other tutorial step of deleting the lock file doesn't work either as I could not find a lock file.
