A checkerboard effect occurs sometimes when I use flyout menus on websites - the FF window is covered with black rectangular blocks (like a chessboard); restoring and maximizing the FF window makes the effect go away. I would include a screenshot but I don't know how! (I can provide one via email if necessary).

Any ideas?
