Firefox 4 can't print or print preview a .pdf file
When viewing a .pdf file, File, Print does nothing at all; and File, Print Preview shows a blank page.

Note that Internet Explorer can print the same pdf just fine.
- Using Firefox 4.0.1 up-to-date, on Windows XP. - I have turned off Hardware Acceleration in Tools, Options, Advanced, General. - I've checked that all four Adobe applications are set as Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox), in Tools, Options, Applications. - The plug-in is Adobe Acrobat 10.0.1.434. - The printer is an HP R45 OfficeJet, and it has always worked with pdf files before Firefox 4.
