Why is the background behind my menu bar see-through. Can I change this?
The screen behind the navigation bar and menu bar is see-through, but blurry. it is driving me nuts. Can I change it?

You can try a solid persona

Right click in a free space on your desktop.
Left click on Personalize.
There are four options in Windows 7 at the bottom of the screen, choose "Windows Color".
Select a border color
Uncheck: "enable transparency"
