Previously (FF3.6): I usually have one popup window opened all the time and I close all other windows. When I want to open new window I just press Ctrl+N. When I click link in that popup, it opens in new window. Now (FF4.0): Opening new window by Ctrl+N or clicking link opens last window I had opened (exactly as for Ctrl+Shift+N) with last tabs etc. Clicking links from popup doesn't even open that link, I have to go back to popup and click it again. Before anyone asks, I have disabled option to store previous tabs so my new windows always open with home page in it. To summarize, opening any kind of window from popup (if there is no other window opened) behaves like pressing Ctrl+Shift+N instead of desired behaviour.
