I had firefox 4 beta before the official release. When firefox 4 was officially released I downloaded and install but it looks exactly the same as the beta. So I proceeded to delete everything firefox related from my computer(that I know of) and restarted my comp. After returning to my desktop I used another browser to download firefox 4 again, installed it, and the same problem was there. How do I fix this so that I'm using the new UI?
Btw I'm using Windows XP.

The new interface is only default on Windows Vista and Windows 7. To get it on Windows XP you need to hide the menu bar. To do that in the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the "Menu Bar" entry.
If you need access to the menus you can press either Alt or F10 to temporarily display them.
