I can't organise all my BMs. They're there, but in library view they don't show up.

I have a long list of BMs but can no longer organise them in library view. Library view opens, but my BMs don't show up there. There are 3 bookmarks in 'organise' view, none of which I use anymore. I can't delete these 3 either. Nothing I do seems to make any difference. Very strange.

How do I get back my ability to organise all my bookmarks?
