i subscribed to firefox nearly a year ago. i prefer it to IE/Bing, however all of a sudden i can longer load the browser. i click and click and nothing happens. i have tried umpteen time to re-subscribe and invariably i get a message window informing me that i must first close firefox in order to load same. when i attempt to do so, i get a "do you want to cancel the install of Firefox?" what happened to this web browser ?
