while browsing some web pages (it is unexpected which could these be and not persistent) firefox just closes without any notice or report, and when re-opened starts from home. this is also not persistent - sometimes it starts directly with the same tabs as when crashed, but crashes again before they are fully loaded. this can repeat several times, up to 5 so far by my count, by the time it opens the crash report upon opening.
