"auto detect proxy setting" is not working in my company,when i select "auto detect proxy setting",it shows "the connection time out".

my company had installed web sense internet filter.and also symantec anti virus. my Firefox is connected if i using manual proxy setting. but if i use "auto detect proxy setting" then web page is not loading.it shows connection time out error.
