firefox will not load skoal.com

My father likes to print off coupons from skoal.com but i just built him a new computer and the website will not load all other flash based websites i have tired work just fine and the website works on our other computer but it wont load all the way on his i need any help as to why this might be == URL of affected sites == http://www.skoal.com
