Unable to complete authentication process in attempting to login to VA Health
Using "https://www.va.gov/sign-in/?application=mhv&oauth=false&to=home" unable to login to VA Department of Veterans Affairs. Neither ID.me or Login.gov authentication will allow login. Using either of the latter, the authentication process just cycles continuously. Diagnostics included clearing cache and rebooting Firefox version 151.0.3. OS is W10. However, I was successful using Chrome. Problem began about 5 June.

Hi,
Sorry you experience that. Please also try:
- Clearing cookies and data for all the related domains: va.gov, id.me, login.gov etc. (warning: this will log you out).
- Running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. If the problem doesn't persist, please follow the steps from this article to troubleshoot further.
If the above doesn't help, you can also try creating a new Firefox profile and check if the issue persists there. If it doesn't, you can start copying files from your old profile to the new one to identify which one causes the issue. See this article on what files to copy.
