I've been waiting and updating regularly and still haven't been offered the free VPN. I know it's still Beta, but would love to try it.

Thank you. It wasn't that I couldn't find it. I read another article that said it was "Beta" and rolling out in various areas with the latest version. I updated to the Latest version and it didn't appear so I assumed I wasn't part of that slow roll out. Appreciate your response!
