Received email that said we noticed you haven’t signed in for 2 years, but I use firefox daily

I received this email: ''Do you want to keep your Mozilla account and data? Your Mozilla account is used to access free privacy and browsing products like Firefox sync, Mozilla Monitor, Firefox Relay, and MDN. We noticed you haven’t signed in for 2 years. Your account and your personal data will be permanently deleted on Friday, Jul 3, 2026 because you haven’t been active.'' I use Firefox every single day. I don't understand this message. Please explain. Thank you, Cathy
