Can't login or proceed with signups - started 2 weeks ago

It's probably a security setting...for some websites I go to Log In and nothing happens. Same for say signing up for a webinar. 80% of the time now Especially if I'm following a clicked eMail...so most likely a tracker of sorts?? ChatGPT not helping...wants me to do some techy stuff. Trouble Shooting Mode, turning off ETP off for site AND in Exclusions... In Chrome, no problem. Running Malwarebytes and Kaspersky I'm hoping someone else has solved this! Thanks
