The back arrow has been greyeed out since the last update. How can I fix the isssue?

Yes, it does the same in trouble shooting mode and I also did a firefox refresh.

Well, then I'll probably recommend to file a bug on Bugzilla, Mozilla's bug tracker, so that the developers can take a look.
