You have to enter about:config in the address bar and switch toolkit.zoomManager.zoomValues to .3,.5,.67,.75,.8,.9,1,1.1,1.2,1.33,1.5,1.7,2,2.4,3,4,5. Then you'll be able to set the zoom level with Ctrl+ / Ctrl- keys.
