What happens when you try to install Firefox? Where are you trying to install Firefox from?

Windows 11 has a feature called "App & Browser Control" which may restrict program installations. But also, make sure you are installing either from the official Mozilla site at Firefox.com or from the Microsoft store -unfortunately, there are sometimes untrustworthy search ads trying to sell you something else.

• https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nzvdkpmr9rd (this installs in an obscure location, so many online discussions will provide incorrect information about finding Firefox's folders/files)

Or try downloading Firefox from https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-release/

Note Firefox is a web browser and not a search engine as Mozilla the maker of the Firefox web browsers does not have a search engine of their own.
