windows start icon and bottom screen bar missiing

Hello, The bar at bottom of my home screen is missing. The whole bar is gone. This bar had the windows icon with start-up menu, Power, button etc. That bar also included date and time, and other features. Once, I clicked the bottom of the screen and it came up for one second, but disappeared. How can I retrieve it? Thank you for any help you can provide.

Regarding your issue, try hovering the bottom of you screen. If the taskbar appears, right-click on it and select Taskbar settings. There you should be able to reset the previous behavior.
