Importing Apple contacts to Thunderbird Import Wizard.
Step #4 of the instructions say Select Contacts: In the bottom - left corner, click gear icon and Select All. Step #5 Export as vCard: Click the gear icon again and select vCard to download a .vcf file of your contacts. The "Select All" transcript in #4, doesn't occur and I'm unable to download contacts file. I've also tried downloading from my iPhone with negative results. What might I be doing wrong. Thanks for any help.

Can you post a screenshot of where the problem occurs. I cannot duplicate this. I reach the screen to import the vcard, but you're referring to a place to download it, not upload. Maybe I'm misunderstanding this? Thank you.
