sorry, but i needed to update, my husband passed away, this was his computer,(Linux) i have my own, (Windows 11) there is alot of important information on this computer i need to keep. Almost everything on this computer has passwords. I'm not a computer wiz, but i try to do the best that i can. I didn't mean to come across as a hacker trying to break into someone's computer

That's is beyond The forum or Mozilla to deal with and requires a computer consultant to do that.
