why can't i get access to DSW website, access denied

Why can I not access DSW website, every time i try it tells me access denied - see below my copy and paste,

Hey Theo, The website seems to be working fine. If you still can't access it, try clearing your cookies and site data (Menu > Settings > Delete browsing data)
