How to discontinue the pop-up notifications that come up every half-hour telling me what program is about to begin. These are extremely annoying. They interrupt me when I'm working on my computer; plus I can be anywhere in my home and I can hear the "ring" notifying me that some video or podcast is about to begin .. EVERY HALF HOUR. This is a terrible distraction. Please get rid of this feature. I don't need these notifications all day and night long. This is a huge annoyance to me. Thank you.
