how do i get my macbook pro MacOS 12.5 to recognize when firefox is on? when i go to Settings, and select Printers & Scanners, it says that firefox is off, even when it's on. i've troubleshooted my epson printer, my apple computer, and my internet provider. what else can i do? Please help!
