I'm working on a new computer, as my work laptop is being upgraded to Windows 11. In the meantime, I have logged into Firefox, but none of the login info that I had previously saved is available. I can still see it on my mobile browser, but not on this new laptop.

Am I just missing a step?

If it is a work computer, it may be that your company has set group policies so that the Password Manager and/or Sync doesn't work. This happened to me recently.

I don't think that is the case, unless it is part of the Windows 11 rollout, because I was still able to access them on the original machine yesterday...

Hi

Do you see the new computer listed under Connected Services when you access your Firefox Account at:

You can install the About Sync extension in Firefox 72 and newer on desktop to check what data is stored on the Sync server via the about:sync page provided by this extension.

Close and restart Firefox to access the about:sync page added by this extension (see the about:about page for possible about pages).
