Links in emails
When I try to access a link in an email Thunderbird presents a box that shows a browser that I no longer have installed on my Windows 7 PC. Therefore I cannot go any further. I have three browsers installed but Thunderbird doesn't show them as an option, only the one I uninstalled. I can't find anything in Thunderbird "preferences" to enter the default browser.

TB will (should) open links in the browser that is set as default in Windows Control Panel. In addition, set the default in the browser's own settings.
