This web site ' cornerstonegrp.securecafe.com/residentservices/carolina-club/userlogin.aspx'. The site tells me that password or pass code incorrect. In the past allowed me to continue to the main web page. At this time all of the add-ons are disabled. Cornerstone web site is the only site not recognizing login. Please help.

You can use the 'forgot password' link to have them send you an e-mail with a way to get back on. Such e-mails are sent to the address in the site profile.

Do you use a bookmark or are you starting with the main (home) page of this website?

If you use a bookmark to access a specific page then instead navigate to this page starting with the main page or with the sign in page in case there is a problem with this bookmark.

You can clear the Cache and remove the Cookies for websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Settings).

"Remove the Cookies" for websites that cause problems:

  • Settings -> Privacy & Security
    Cookies and Site Data: "Manage Data"

"Clear the Cache":

  • Settings -> Privacy & Security
    Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> [X] Cached Web Content -> Clear

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.

all of your helpful hits did not work to my dismay. Found out from the web site manager the whole site is being replaced, too many other people were having a lot problems also. Till it"s finished? I'll let you know how user friendly the program is preforming.
