Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

This is a online video converter site. After the video has been converted you must click twice the download button to download the file. In the recent times this changed . In the fist click (a) a random advert page is opened in a new page or tab even if Mozilla is set up with pop up block page option (b)the random page is opened and immediately closes . The second click downloads the file This happens the first 3 times

Any idea?

This could be the ad blocker doing its job. Could you tell what was on the page?

One of the random pages shows a telephone asking your tel number . I alwys prefer to immediately close these pop ups \ I use Adblock plus and today added the _strict pop up blocker_ . I think i used it before.

It might be that Adblock has problems with that website. Contact their support. There are other ad blockers available. I don't want to push one over the other.
