It was there yesterday(1-5-2021) Here is what I used to do, go to a website that generates a pop up to print, wait for pop up, close print dialog box, select print, new box popped up with header button, go in change the header text and print. Today 1-6-2021 this can not be done this way and I don't see a way to change the print header anymore, the printing window is now different.
