I am unable to download email attachments. I just get the message that the download failed. This seemed to start after we installed BITDEFENDER. But we uninstalled that program and the problem persisted. I have tried to do the things suggested in the various articles, but nothing so far has worked. Can anyone offer any advice? I am computer literate but not at all at an advanced level. So if you have a suggestion, please offer it in the simplest language ! Thank you.

follow the step easy to resolve your problem :

1. click the 3 horizontal line right top of the browser screen.

2. click the Help.

3. About Firefox.

4. click Whats the new.

5. Get the most recent version< click download firefox icon.

  • INSTALL

6. Restart the firefox and computer.

Thank you for your suggestions. I was unable to download the latest version of Firefox. I get a message that download failed. Any other suggestions?
