cam permission is not working, url add not saving for cam accesss and only microphone is working in site www.freechatnow.com in win 8.1 with 67.0.3 update

And my webcam not open in chat but same thing in chrome it works great without any problem.

Webcam/cam/mic are controlled by the O/S first and if they aren't enabled then other apps/software will not have access to them.
